A Hong Kong pro-democracy protester was dragged into the Chinese language consulate grounds in Manchester and overwhelmed up.
An unidentified males left the consulate and compelled a person into the grounds, earlier than he was in a position to escape with the assistance of different demonstrators and the police.
A spokesperson for the consulate stated protesters had displayed an insulting portrait of China’s president.
