Officer fired after shooting teen in McDonald’s car park

A police officer in San Antonio, Texas has been fired after taking pictures a teen in a McDonald’s automotive park.

Police say the officer, James Brennand, arrived on the fast-food joint after receiving a name a few doable disturbance. The officer believed the automotive the boy was in was a car that had escaped him the night time earlier than.

The 17-year-old was consuming a burger with a pal when the officer opened his door. The boy backed up the automotive, and struck the officer with the door.

The officer then shot at him a number of occasions. The boy was wounded and is in hospital, his lawyer says.
