Hans Zimmer: ‘I can adapt, but I don’t want to’

Hans Zimmer is Hollywood’s go-to composer for blockbusters. He has written the soundtracks for movies like Pirates of the Caribbean, Gladiator and High Gun: Maverick.

However after a 40-year profession writing for the large display screen, he tells Newsnight’s Kirsty Wark how smaller screens are affecting his music.
